Terry has been working in the financial services industry since 1991 and has managed to obtain a wealth of experience and knowledge in Sales, Training and Compliance working for some of the largest companies in the industry. In 1998 he made the plunge to go and work on his own as an Independent Insurance & Financial Adviser, specialising in Pensions and Mortgages before setting up IMS in 2002 and concentrating on the mortgage and protection market.
Terry has always been a great believer in obtaining qualifications and still continues to study and pass exams and encourages his team to do likewise. He has a strong belief that improved knowledge is a key to continued growth, especially in a competitive market and he hopes to have completed the Advanced Mortgage and Protection qualification by the end of the year.
Outside of work Terry likes to de-stress by going to the gym, enjoys going to the cinema, theatre and good food (hence the need to go to the gym!!). He has lived in Cheltenham all of his life and now lives with his partner Joy and their three children.

Adam Jones – Sales Manager
After achieving A-Levels and a Degree in Business and Finance Adam spent 3 years working for a National Insurance brokerage in Worcester where he specialised in House and Car insurance products. His duties here included the underwriting of insurance policies and enabled him to gain a vast knowledge of products and services in a very competitive market.
Adam was recommended to Terry in 2002 to help arrange a mortgage on his own property, which led to a long series of discussions that ultimately led to him joining IMS in the December of that year. The first year was spent studying and gaining the CeMAP and MAQ qualifications, as well as continual ongoing training in various product and sales areas.
Over the years with IMS Adam has become fully qualified in all Protection products and has been able to help every variety of customer with their mortgage and protection requirements. Adam took on the role of Sales Manager in 2008.
Adam’s working life covers a large area as his time is split between South Birmingham and Cheltenham – and everywhere in between! He presently lives in Bromsgrove and spends his social time playing football (if his legs will allow him!!) and travelling.

Sarah Earle – Insurance & Mortgage Broker
Sarah has been involved with IMS since the start of 2008 and brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to the team. Prior to IMS Sarah built a successful career operating in the finance industry for over 15 years with the latter 6 years of this focusing in sales and marketing roles. Sarah’s early career started in financial accounting before expanding her career in the direction of financial services which she now finds both challenging and rewarding.
Sarah has a focused work and service ethic and believes in forging strong and open relationships with her clients. She is fully CEMAP qualified and is highly committed to her professional development and her continued study towards industry qualifications.

Sarah lives in Cheltenham with her husband James and their two children. Her limited free time when not working or with the family is spent enjoying evenings out, shopping trips with the girls (a self confessed shopaholic!!), swimming and travelling.

Jason Moore – Insurance and Mortgage Broker
Jason joined IMS in September 2010. He has ten years experience working within the Financial Services Industry with the last six years specialising in mortgages and protection. He is fully CeMAP qualified and in 2009 completed the Certificate for Financial Advisers. Prior to IMS he worked as a Mortgage Adviser based within a local firm of Estate Agents and successfully completed the Senior Management Development Programme.
Jason realised that in order to give his clients the highest level of advice he needed to be fully independent and be able to offer mortgage and protection advice from the whole market rather than be limited to a small number of providers as most Estate agents are .
Jason is married with two girls and lives locally in Cheltenham. When not working, Jason enjoys playing squash and spending time with the family. He is an active member of a Baptist Church in Leckhampton where he is coordinator of the children’s and youth work.
